Does this create a bond between people ?

It depends on the person, it might or might not. If you're the one doing all the talking ask yourself why do you feel the need to share all these details and secrets about yourself? Is it because you just need to vent to someone, is it that you trust the person you're telling and want their opinion or do you share a common secret or understanding with this person? If it's mutual sharing than yes, it does create a commonality, I wouldn't call it a emotional bond especially if you just met the other person. If you stop sharing secrets with each other the interest tends to wane a bit. In my experience though emotional bonds occur over time, it's a gradual thing, not sharing everything right up front.
