JuJu is giving a good Answer. Outcomes are based upon "the Judge's sound discretion". Because injunctions/restraining orders are considered in the law as "Extraordinary Proceedings" because they restrain or compel action, they are considered very serious matters and if an injunction/restraining order is violated, or breached the usual result is a finding of contempt of court and either a fine or incarceration as punishment.
