Any ways to lose tummy fat, thigh fat, and love handle fat?
I am 5'2" and 128 pounds (yeah I know that's a little chubby) I'm sick of feeling fat all the time so I'm doing something about my extra chub. Its mainly on my tummy, thighs, and love handles. So... do you have any tips? Please don't say weight training, or give me some dumb diet with unhealthy pills. All I want is exercises that help with these areas. My diet is all cleaned up and I drink 8 gles of water a day. Also... if I speed walk at 3.5 on my treadmill for 50 minutes 4x a week, will that do anything or is it a waste of energy? This will hopefully help me lose 10 pounds and I'll be nice and healthy. Thanks for your time!
