Is he just not that into me?

This guy from another department at work and I have had a lot of phone contact lately due to new issues at work. We both work directly with these issues, just in different areas of them. So in the last month, we have spoken almost daily. While talking about the work issue, we make chit chat which turned into witty banter and flirting. Ou mutual friend attempted to set us up one night at a "group" outing. He didn't come and neither of us knew beforehand that it was suppose to be a set-up. After our friend told him it was, he asked her if I'm married. However, I have talked to him several times since and he hasn't asked me out. Any ideas on what is going on here? Into me or probably not? FYI: we are both unattached
