Red Hot Chili Peppers!!! song meaning??? Scar Tissue?

i don't know what the whole song overall means but i can interpet some of the lines. the line "sarcastic mr. know-it-all is referring to fellow musician dave navarro". The line "with the birds i'll share this lonely view" is from 2 things. the lead singer anthony kiedis thought of this when he saw some birds while singing and it also is about how he felt like an outsider looking in sometimes.
