Does he like me?

Alright I'm not sure if this guy likes me or not. What do you think? (please be honest). Ok so last year I transfered from one school to another at the end of the year. Like 2 weeks after I started going there I heard that this one guy liked me but because it was so close to the end of the year I never had a chance to approach him about it. Alright so this year I have to go to this credit retrival PE cl after school and it just so happens that we work out in the same area as the varsity football team does ( and he's on the football team). Well our PE teacher makes us walk/jog/run laps around the field, and whenever I walk by him when I'm doing my laps I always catch him staring at me then quickly looking away. He'll do the same thing if I see him at lunch , he'll stare then quicky look away, or he'll stare then look at the ground.Should I just go up and talk to him?
