Dead rising Ending A probem?

I tryed getting ending A today Because I just wanted to finish the game, I completed all the casefiles and talked to Isabella at 10:00am, so I was at the heli pad and it got to 12:00 the helicopter guy doesnt see im there all he ses is i guess he didnt make it or something like that and gets eating by a zombie and I was at the heli pad idk what im doing Wrong can someone pls respond ASAP. Thanks
