Depends on how small of a force you can notice. I wouldn't expect that a relatively small trough (say about 4-5 feet long, 1-2 feet wide) would be able to collect enough energy and transmit that energy efficiently enough to the air to be able to feel the flow through a large diameter pipe. Perhaps you could use a nozzle to drop the flow to only about 1/2 in^2 or so to amplify the effect. It would be a lot of trouble if it doesn't work, though.
