Is this jim beam?

i found this antique bottle of jimbeam while walking by a trash can. it's a ceramic china bottle with a circular plastic screw top. the bottle has a label saying "beam 100 months old" and the usual label, content volume, it is said to be distille in 1978, has this federal label saying "US internal revenue" 743547811. the strip across the bottle was intact when i found it. i opened it and sniffed it, it seemed like whiskey to me. can it be real or worth anything? or is it a fake one that causes blindness, can i go to anyone to verify its legitimacy?
